Responsibility
- we have a great opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join our fast paced but friendly Employment team based in Reading
- role Description
- this is a great opportunity for an Administrator to join our fast-paced Residential Property and Conveyancing team based in Reading
- as an organisation we are currently operating a hybrid working pattern
- reporting into the Conveyancing Director you will be responsible for supporting the wider team on all day-to-day administration activities
- please note for this role you will be required to attend the office approximately 3 days each week
- experience/ Attributes required
- producing accurate documentation, reports and correspondence following standard office practices and precedents
Requirements
- employment experience not essential but would be advantageous
- ideally experience in case management systems
- work effectively in a team and on your own
- previous Legal Secretary or Legal PA experience
- possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- excellent knowledge of Elite accounts package
- exceptional prioritising/organisational skills
- good attention to detail and the ability to use your initiative
