assisting with IT support for the business, to ensure that helpdesk calls are kept low

extensive diary management to the founders of the Hedge Fund as well as an active gatekeeper to all communication, working across multiple time zones
responsible for event management internally and externally for the business, from international conferences to internal team meetings
liaising internally and externally with clients, service providers and the team including project management for administrative and office management ad hoc projects

experience in working with highly confidential information and discretion
