Responsibility
- the Aloud Charityhave created a new role and are recruiting for an experienced Finance and Operations Manager
- the charity have been established since 2012 and engage with young people across Wales in an artistic environment
- finance and Operations Manager duties
- maintain financial records to meet legal requirements and to measure both the inputs and the outcomes of the Charity's financial operations
- preparation, submission and payment of quarterly VAT returns
- the role of Finance and Operations Manager is a crucial appointment to ensure the charity continues its’ good work, grows in the future and remains compliant
- prepare the annual budgets, forecasts and annual financial statements and manage year-end external examiner processes
- reporting to the Chief Executive, this is a varied role is responsible for both strategic and operational duties ranging from invoice processing to financial planning. This is a part time appointment, 22.5 hours per week
