Requirements
- ability to demonstrate initiative, suggest improvements to current processes and develop new processes
- must be able to prioritise workload to ensure that critical deadlines are met
- good, well organised administration skills, with advanced Microsoft skills
- A demonstrable passion for continuous professional development that is evidenced through keeping abreast of and benchmarking emerging HR trends, practices, and standard operating methodologies
- skilled as a communicator and influencer to ensure that HR functional interests and issues are committed to and aligned at an operational level across the organisation with business plan activities
- ability to work in a fast moving and rapidly changing environment, reprioritising focus where appropriate
- ability to think within broadly defined organisational policies and objectives to contribute to the development of HR plans, priorities, and prescription of procedures for the organisation to follow
- previous experience of operating within an HRBP role is advantageous
