  • assist in reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies
  • collaborate with internal departments to address inquiries related to accounts payable
  • utilise accounting software such as to manage financial data effectively
  • perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date financial records
  • analyse accounts payable reports and provide insights for process improvements
  • support the finance team, in particular the Management Accountant and the wider Finance team with additional tasks as required

Requirements

  • proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
  • strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices
  • experience with accounting software
  • ability to analyse financial data and identify discrepancies or issues
  • excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
  • good communication skills for liaising with vendors and internal teams
