chemical engineer
Responsibility
- provide assistance and troubleshooting support to the plants to meet productivity and quality goals
- developing process designs for capital projects
- participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions
- participate in the Management of the Change process within the Operations Department
- ensure key documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- ensure P&IDs are current and accurately reflect the installation
- participate as process expert in hazard analysis and contribute to studies and projects for HS&E compliance
- identify and provide justification for improvement projects for inclusion in the site capital plan
Requirements
- qualified to degree standard in Chemical Engineering with 5-10 years of post-graduate experience ideally in Top Tier COMAH Environment
- model and promote an organizational culture that fosters safety through effective leadership
- experience with a COMAH site
