- monitor and maintain quality standards for food preparation and service
- collaborate with other departments to coordinate operations and resolve any issues that may arise
- manage budgets, expenses, and financial goals

- handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- previous experience in a similar role within the culinary, hospitality, or food service industry
- ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
