Requirements

  • qualified or part-qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualifications
  • must have hands on experience within accountancy
  • must have experience of preparing management accounts
  • proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
  • must be organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • must be able to work effectively without direct supervision

  • A qualified accountant with a strong technical foundation
  • proven experience in a tech-driven business in a change environment
  • strong financial reporting and control background
  • commercially sharp, with experience partnering with non-finance teams
  • exposure to working with financial investors
  • comfortable switching between hands-on work and strategic thinking - must be able to “do” as well as “lead”
  • entrepreneurial mindset, high initiative, adaptable to change
  • strong communication skills where numbers are turned into a story of the business
