Responsibility

  • day to day running of the AR ledger, including invoicing, credit control and receipting
  • ensuring processes are followed, using initiative to streamline where necessary
  • relationship building with customer to aid with cash collection
  • chasing internal approval of customer debit/credit notes
  • reconciling US customer portals to the SAP finance system
  • recording payments into the SAP finance system in a timely and accurate manner
  • weekly uploads of the debtors’ ledgers to the portals of our invoice finance partners
  • preparation of reports for quarterly external audits

Requirements

  • 2 years credit control experience - essential
  • must show initiative and be capable of working independently - essential
  • customer service skills – essential
  • team player, hands-on approach & adaptable in a start-up environment - essential
  • knowledge of SAP By Design/software development
  • accounting: 2 years
