Responsibility

  • customer service based job role in a busy family ran Heating company
  • duties will include general admin, answering phones, making bookings, managing engineers diaries, placing orders, typing estimates and invoicing
  • candidate must be computer literate, polite and able to work well as part of a team and competently alone
  • organisational and time management skills are beneficial
  • experience using an engineer management system will be beneficial but not essential
  • successful candidates will be a key holder and deal with small amounts of cash
  • experience in customer service or reception duties is beneficial as this is a front of house position in a small showroom / office
  • working hours are 9-5 Mon - Friday with a rota in place for 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 9-1- Position available immediately
