- our client is a global leader in enclosing solutions, putting design and innovation at the forefront of everything they do
- the head office is in Telford, Shropshire but this role offers a remote / hybrid approach to working
- with their Nordic roots and headquartered in Finland since 1966, they create robust and industry-leading products and solutions, protecting power distributions, control systems, and electronic devices from the realities of their harsh surrounding elements and environments
- launch Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product launches effectively
- distribution Management: Oversee the introduction of the product offer into the distribution channel across the UK & IRE regions
- sales Enablement: Develop regional sales enablement plans, creating region-specific sales content and tools to drive product adoption
- marketing Campaigns: Work with other marketing teams to execute awareness and adoption campaigns, tracking relevant metrics
- pricing and Margin: Be accountable for pricing positioning and consolidated margin
Requirements
- proven experience in a marketing or related role; willingness to learn
- product Marketing: 1 year
- software Proficiency: Fully capable with all Microsoft packages
- communication: Effective communication skills at all levels, both internally and externally
- business Acumen: High level of business acumen
- travel: Willing and able to travel whenever required and on short notice
