- support Service & Maintenance Administrator in diary management, maintenance scheduling, and corrective call handling
- manage corrective call costing and job closure
- management of Remote Service Suite
- manage in-house reactive sales and new security sales prospects, carrying out site survey when required and providing quotations to customers
- provide in-house technical support to customers and colleagues
- assist H&S Administrator with field checks, such as ladder / vehicle inspections etc
- assist with in-house training program
- carry out job auditing
