  • management of Remote Service Suite
  • manage in-house reactive sales and new security sales prospects, carrying out site survey when required and providing quotations to customers
  • provide in-house technical support to customers and colleagues
  • assist H&S Administrator with field checks, such as ladder / vehicle inspections etc
  • assist with in-house training program
