Requirements
- leading the visitor services team at BMAG including casual staff, to create a motivated, high-performing and positive working culture
- any offer of employment will be subject to pre-employment checks being carried out
- close date for applications is 24th December 2023 at 3pm
- you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day visitor operations at BMAG including leading on rota management, ensuring adequate staffing levels and coordination of events and activities taking place on site
- this role is accountable for the safe operation of BMAG for all visitors, you will work closely with the Facilities Team to ensure the site remains clean, safe and secure at all times
- you will work closely with colleagues in the commercial team to deliver profitable and exemplary visitor satisfaction levels for the museum, shop and F&B offers
