- to lead the meetings team, maintain positive culture and continually improve operational performance of the meetings team

- FCM Meetings & Events are expanding their customer offering from Group Travel, Venue Sourcing and Venue Sourced Managed into the Meetings space
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years demonstrated venue sourcing, meeting management and contracting management experience
- experience in training and mentoring team members
- M&E product experience in key regions
- knowledge of all major suppliers and relevant MICE products/destinations
- knowledge of venue sourcing management operational processes, standards and procedures
