  • weighing Up ingredients as required by Bakery and Savoury department into Batch sizes

  • maintain Weighing Up Room standards
  • fully comply with Hygiene and Food Safety compliance standards

  • supporting Bakery and Savoury staff with any ingredient requirements
  • weighing up ingredients as required by Bakery and Savoury departments
  • assist in Weekly/ Quarterly & Annual stock take
