  • ● Travel Management | Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Anticipate travel needs and provide comprehensive itineraries
  • ● Diary Management | Efficiently manage complex calendars for the Chief Evolution Office and Director of Operations. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure optimal scheduling
  • ● Communication Liaison | Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO and DO, when necessary. Facilitate clear and timely communication, managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence
  • ● Confidentiality | Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • ● Meeting Coordination | Plan, organise, and execute meetings, conferences, and events, both in-person and virtually. Prepare agendas, collate materials, and ensure seamless logistics

Requirements
