- review of risk assessments and method statements
- carrying our H&S, Quality & Environmental site inductions with new employees, visitors & sub-contractors on site
- carrying out ongoing tool-box talks with staff
- leading a monthly H&S meeting with management to address priorities, upcoming/on-going projects etc, to include H&S statistical reporting
- ensuring that Bioganix is updated with new H&S Legislation
- dealing with HSE if required
- initial review of existing management system, including policies, procedures and forms, with continuous improvement where necessary. Ongoing review of all as necessary
- retention of ISO 9001 & 14001 accreditation
