- daily & weekly Sales reporting
- reconcile high volume aged creditor listings
- posting of invoices for multiple restaurants-High volume
- setting up payment run following supplier reconciliation for FD sign off
- cash and credit card reconciliation including advance deposits and Gift cards
- maintain expense system and backup data for easy reference
- assist with prepayment and accruals for multiple restaurants
- assist with inter-company reconciliations
- finance in Hospitality: 2 years
- full-time | Temporary | Permanent
- processing high volume invoices and credit notes using the Xero accounting package
- processing company credit card and expense claims
- payment run processing
- settlement discount calculation and query resolution
- request copy invoices and credit notes from external suppliers and restaurants
- reconcile supplier statements
- maintain good relationships with external suppliers
- distribute incoming documents within the Finance Team
- hospitality reception: 2 years
- hospitality reception: 1 year
- preparaton of tmely and accurate monthly management accounts
- costs Analysis
- any other Ad hoc tasks given by FD
- delivering exceptional service
- reporting any problems or issues with guests to the manager on duty
- taking orders and processing them on EPOS
- always demonstrating the best possible level of service
