Responsibility
- develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- utilise social media management tools to promote job openings and engage potential candidates
- conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organisation
- maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide updates on recruitment progress
- leverage HRIS systems for tracking candidate information and maintaining accurate records
- collaborate with the HR team to enhance the overall candidate experience
- generate leads through networking and relationship management within the industry
Requirements
- proven experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably within a corporate environment
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on relationship management
- familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable
- experience in lead generation techniques and social media management for recruitment purposes
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
