Responsibility
develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
utilise social media management tools to promote job openings and engage potential candidates
conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organisation
maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide updates on recruitment progress
leverage HRIS systems for tracking candidate information and maintaining accurate records
collaborate with the HR team to enhance the overall candidate experience
generate leads through networking and relationship management within the industry
Requirements
proven experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably within a corporate environment
strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on relationship management
familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable
experience in lead generation techniques and social media management for recruitment purposes
ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
