Responsibility
identifying and carrying out a high level of outreach to prospective new clients
creative a strategic roadmap for identifying new partnerships
responsible for outbound sales calls, emails, mail outs, presentations and meetings
assist with strategy setting for vertical markets
work with Director and Project Manager to prepare clear and definitive technical and commercial proposals in response to enquiries
attend Client site visits/meetings with customers and sub-contractors when required to clarify scope, prepare initial assessments, and meet customer needs
manage inbound enquiries and prioritise proposal responses from the broader proposals team in line with the schedule
maintain sales pipelines, forecasting and reporting using CRM
Requirements
experience of a sales/tender/proposals function in a technical or construction sales environment
demonstrable sales model experience and application
experience using Sketchup is an advantage, but not a requirement
have an understanding and knowledge of the broader media landscape; equipment, hardware and software. Or shopfitting/construction
an enthusiasm for technical detail and QC
business development: 5 years
commercial awareness to produce competitive, cost-effective proposals
leadership, negotiating, influencing and inter-personal skills
