Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Sales Support Administrator on a full time, permanent basis to expand our Sales Support team, with this role focussing on the Neville Johnson and London Door brands. The Sales Support Administrator will be responsible for making outgoing calls to customers, inputting data into business systems and supporting the wider Sales team. Key Responsibilities: Make outgoing customer calls to assist Sales team with arranging meetings.Contact customers in response to correspondence or feedback.Help to run month end Sales figures and produce corresponding presentation slides.Work closely with the field Sales team on customer engagement.Input sales enquiries on to our Data Management system.General sales administration and some data processing.Answer incoming calls in a timely and pleasant manner, directing queries to relevant departments where necessary.Meet/exceed monthly target levels of productivity and performance, including lead to appointment conversion. Essential Qualities: Ability to quickly learn in-house IT systems.Strong attention to detail.Have excellent time keeping and demonstrate flexibility to working hours.Pleasant and positive telephone manner.Work as part of a team but can also use own initiative.
