- reviewing pathology results for patients on regular medication

- provide assistance in completing structured medication reviews and completing targets in relation to the investment and impact fund scheme
- signposting where appropriate
- to support the improvement of clinical care through the completion of practice based audits
- to follow local and national guidelines and formulary recommendations
