we are looking for Team Leaders for our Children’s home in the Burton on Trent area
this will be a challenging, yet ultimately rewarding role
we are looking for experienced support workers for shifts on a rota basis, to cover day shifts and sleep ins
there is also the opportunity for overtime shifts which can include day shifts, waking night and sleeps
if a permanent role isn’t for you, we are also looking to recruit bank staff
you will also be required to support the homes manager and deputy by acting as an efficient shift lead, when required

Requirements
level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
experience working with young people or in a care setting is desirable, but not essential
first aid training

ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when needed
