Requirements
- recent experience as a Chef de Partie
- proven experience in at least 1AA Rosette standard restaurant
- recent Experience as Demi Chef de Partie or above in a from fresh Kitchen
- right to Work in the UK
- recent Experience in at least 1 Rosette level kitchens
- passionate about catering
- at least one years’ experience at CDP or a higher level
- at least one reference from a past employer
