Responsibility
- maximise all Conference and Events revenue opportunities through upselling of function items
- build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
- plan conferences and events and prepare Banquet Event Orders for the Food and Beverage Operations Team
- conduct Show rounds for companies & agents in line with the Company policy
- handle all client questions / requests as needed
- prepare relevant invoices & final bills and liaise with clients accordingly
- manage & Maintain Administrative tasks
- track and maintain Upsell revenue based on targets given
Requirements
