Responsibility
- due to expansion and restructure we are currently recruiting for additional Care Coordinators to join our existing team
- an opportunity has arisen for an additional Care Coordinator to join our existing team
- they will be driven through effective organisation and communication and ensure full adherence to all policies and procedures at all times
- the ideal candidate will be someone who is motivated and hardworking, looking to take the next step in their career in leading a team and dedicated to providing high quality care and support
- operating out of our Head Office in Newcastle-under-Lyme the right candidate will play a vital role in the effective running of the service day to day alongside the team
- your key responsibilities will be to build and maintain a strong relationship with both the care team and the clients, adopting a friendly and positive approach at all times
