in the absence of your Managers, you lead the coffee shop as if it were your own
assisting the Managers with any tasks needed to run the shop
you support the Management team to develop your team. Through coaching & developing, you lead your team to be the best they can be
you’ll be confident in running shifts and work closely with your Management team, inspiring the team to go the extra mile for our customers
you’ll ensure the day-to-day basic practices of the coffee shop are maintained at all times including coffee quality, food quality, customer experience, health & safety and food hygiene & allergen practices
