  • day to day running of the coffee shops
  • maintaining great hygiene standards across both sites
  • opening and closing of the coffee shop
  • take control of training and development of the team, including formal appraisal process and arranging team building activities & events
  • responsible for coffee shop ordering and wastage monitoring
  • assist the shop owner in developing the coffee shops offering
  • organising the rotas and organising cover
  • being responsible for high standards of cleanliness across the store inside and out
