  • we are looking for a passionate and skilled Kitchen Manager to lead our new opening in Belsize Park
  • this location will be a new direction for the business as we begin to launch a bake-on-site model
  • as a Kitchen Manager at WatchHouse you’ll execute a diverse and exciting menu, with seasonal additions regularly

  • this role also includes an element of baking so oversee the baking element of the business as well alongside skilled bakers
  • it’s your job to embrace that philosophy and help us to redefine the way customers think about brunch food by producing and serving plates that are vibrant, full of flavour, provenance and made with the passion and care that is so prominent throughout WatchHouse
  • you ensure that you keep refrigeration and freezers organised, ensure all food and other items are stored properly, and regularly deep clean equipment
