Responsibility
- working with our small passionate team to provide exceptional customer service to our guests
- welcoming, seating and serving drinks to the guests
- taking payments
- maintaining the bars cosy, clean, environment
- supporting the bartenders, bar back and other floor staff
- preparation and service of cocktails, beers and wines
- position: Bar Staff
- hours: Full Time/Part Time
Requirements
- cocktail Bartending experience is important for this role, as is the ability to work well in a close-knit team
- if you also have experience working in table-service venues this would be a plus
- training can be provided for the management roles, but previous experience is welcome
- supervising Shifts
- performing inventory and placing orders whilst adhering to budget
- ensuring the business sticks to it's GP goals
- organising ROTAs whilst adhering to budget
- helping with development of new menus
