• from self-build projects to larger civils site contracts spanning several weeks
• ideally, the ability to read construction drawings and work from them
• varied sites with current projects in Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire
• able to comfortably lay kerbs, drainage and to oversee concrete laying in footings and slabs
• we have a small fleet of our own machines with specialist attachments
• to work through CIS/Self-employed status
• demolition works are also carried out
• enthusiastic team player
• good time keeping, a willingness to work with a positive can-do attitude
• previous applicants need not apply
• our ideal candidate would have supervisory experience, with the ability to lead a small team. However, overall groundwork experience is key and could lead to further responsibilities in time
