- full UK Driving Licence
- 360 Operators Card
- small family run business specialising in all aspects of groundworks
- streetworks Operative Card
- from self-build projects to larger civils site contracts spanning several weeks
- ideally, the ability to read construction drawings and work from them
- varied sites with current projects in Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire
- able to comfortably lay kerbs, drainage and to oversee concrete laying in footings and slabs
- full UK Driving Licence
- perform a variety of skilled labour tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
- operate and maintain tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- assist with the setup and cleanup of work areas
- complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes
- collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met
- previous experience in groundworks an advantage
