- the role holder would have full creative input into our menus, especially seasonal specials, and would be responsible for the development of their small team

- they are solely responsible for the full running of the kitchen from menus to stock control and ensuring that the whole team are compliant with health and hygiene regulations
- the Blue Bell has a strong reputation in the local area for the quality of our food and it is vital that our new Head Chef shares our vision and the direction that we are wanting to take the business
- you will have a passion to deliver outstanding food and to continuously develop the menu and are encouraged to use your creatively to help create the weekly chef's choices
- salary between £25-30K pa dependent on experience as well as bonuses and other perks. Hours will vary but will usually be circa 40 hours per week
- we are looking for a long term relationship together to grow the business and are willing, after the first year, to discuss profit share and/or equity deal

- extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
