Requirements

• high school diploma or equivalent
• RSPH L2 Award In Pest Management or previous experience in bird control
• valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• previous experience in pest control or related field is preferred but not required
• A commitment to humane bird control practices
• knowledge of common pests, their habits, and effective treatment methods
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within our team and interact with customers
• ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• physical fitness and the ability to work at heights and in various outdoor conditions
• strong communication skills to interact with customers in a professional manner
• good attention to detail with the discipline to follow process
• physical ability to climb ladders, crawl into tight spaces, and lift heavy equipment as needed
• flexible, willing to respond to opportunity with a can do attitude
• willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary
• A full, valid driving license to travel to customers' locations

Earnings for position pest control technician

Responsibility

• opportunity to earn commission from sales leads
