Responsibility
- manage daily salon operations, including taking payments, inventory management, and customer service
- oversee staff and ensure they are meeting performance expectations
- addressing and resolving client complaints regarding salon services and employee behaviour
- handle administrative tasks such as record keeping and maintaining accurate financial records
- maintain a clean and organised salon environment
- ensure that all client communications, including booking requests are replied to in a timely manner
- work closely with the Salon Owner and Business Manager
- work with the salon owner to set goals for each staff member, evaluating staff performance, and liasing with the business manager to arrange training as needed to provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism
