- prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes
- provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations
- maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café area, including equipment and utensils
- ensure compliance with food safety standards during food preparation and serving
- assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
- handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
