Requirements

  • A proven track record of running social media accounts
  • A thorough understanding of the leading social media platforms and best practice and processes for each
  • the ability to deliver clear and cohesive content plan across all channels
  • comprehensive experience of Instagram/Facebook/TikTok Insights
  • great creative copy writing abilities
  • outstanding attention to detail
  • must have a high energy, can-do personality, self-starter that can be trusted to take over an important role within our team
  • minimum 2+ years’ experience in a social media role, ideally with wider digital marketing background

Responsibility

  • conduct social audits and create monthly reports for all clients social insights & learnings
  • monitoring messages, comments and tagged posts across social media channels and implementing appropriate responses and proactive initiatives
