- this role is to look after the Production leadership team and the Head of Design when they start
- the role is based in the office Monday - Thursday. Diaries permitting, Friday is a WFH day
- co-ordinating the holiday cover chart
- provide PA support to other BBH Heads of Department where required
- meeting rooms, attending the meeting and circulate notes and documents to attendees
- setting up inductions meetings
