Requirements
- clear and concise communication skills, as well as effectively listen with both clients and internal business partners
- follows a proven sales methodology. We use BANT which we’ll give you full training on, but we expect knowledge and experience of a recognised sales methodology
- experience in the Retail ecosystem
- full authorization to work in the EU without any restrictions, sponsorship will not be provided
- 5+ years of account management or customer success in the ecommerce, digital or SaaS Industries
