Responsibility
- care Assistant required for weekday and weekend duties

- rota will look like this
- there are 2 position's available
- option 1 - The working hours will be
- week 2- Monday 2pm to 8pm, Wednesday 8am to 2pm, Thursday 8am to 2pm, Friday 8am to 2pm. = 24 hours
- week 1- Tuesday- 2pm to 8pm, Wednesday 8am to 2pm, Saturday night 8pm to 8am. - Weekly hours - 22
- week 3- Wednesday 8am to 8pm, Thursday 8am to 2pm, Saturday night 8pm to 8am. = 28 hours
Requirements
- to support and enable Residents to maintain skills and personal interests whilst delivering person-centred care unique to each individual
- to maintain skills at a current level, undertake such training and development as required from time-to-time to maintain and progress knowledge
- to provide care in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements, reflecting policies and procedures and agreed standards under the direction of the Registered Manager / Senior Carers
