- create training materials and programmes to address specific business objectives
- monitor and assess the effectiveness and success of training programmes
- keep up-to-date on the latest training trends, developments and best practices
- identify and implement a wide range of training techniques to improve efficiency
- responsible for delivering training and development to support current employees and make sure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to effectively do their job
