Responsibility
- perform pest control treatments and inspections at residential and commercial properties
- identify and assess pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment methods
- apply pesticides and other pest control products in accordance with safety guidelines and regulations
- provide recommendations to customers on pest prevention and maintenance strategies
- document all service activities, including treatments performed, products used, and recommendations given
- maintain accurate records of customer information, service reports, and billing details
- respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient scheduling and completion of service appointments
Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- previous experience in pest control or related field is preferred but not required
- clean criminal record is necessary due to needing an enhanced DBS for some of our clients
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry trends
- physical ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions
