- you will have worked in quality-focused, fresh food-led businesses where you have delivered food that is inspiring and seasonal produce led
- barton Manor is a beautiful four star hotel, 5 minutes from J32 of the M6, nestled in between Blackpool, Trough of Bowland & Lake District
- as the Junior Sous Chef you will be assisting the Head Chef with producing freshly cooked food with seasonal menus, stock control, ordering, stock & wastage management
- this is an exciting and challenging role where no two days will be the same, so If you have a track record of cooking great fresh food, following a seasonal menu and have experience in managing your multiple sections in a busy kitchen then we'd like to hear from you
