Responsibility
- we are an established award-winning cocktail bar and restaurant located in the heart of the iconic city of Chester. Due to internal progression, we are looking for a fresh new injection of ‘spirit’ to join our already fruitful mix of team members
- barlounge are looking to recruit a Manager to join our team and lead the bar as a department. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and you will receive a competitive salary of up to £32,000 per annum PLUS an extra £8000+ with Tip Jar

Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced restaurant/bar environment
- developing and training the team to a high standard to maximise both service and bottom-line profits
- working to Labour budgets
- ordering and stock controls
- flexible and adaptable
- strong passion for the industry and for guest satisfaction
- ability to lead and inspire a team
- possess excellent organisational skills, be flexible and adaptable in your approach to work and you should be reliable and punctual
