  • escabeche focuses on delivering excellent fresh, flavour packed tapas with warm, friendly service in a fun and vibrant atmosphere
  • we are seeking a Sous chef to help lead the kitchen team at escabeche, our well established and much loved tapas bar in West Bridgford
  • escabeche forms part of our Nottingham based family-run small group of venues which include Perkins Bar & Bistro, The Carriage Hall in Plumtree and baresca in Nottingham City Centre
  • the role of the Sous Chef is to help run all aspects of the food operations, preparing and sending food to the set standard
  • we are looking for a bright, professional chef with management experience. They will need to be energetic, level headed, skilled in modern food production with excellent people skills
