we are seeking a Sous chef to help lead the kitchen team at escabeche, our well established and much loved tapas bar in West Bridgford
escabeche forms part of our Nottingham based family-run small group of venues which include Perkins Bar & Bistro, The Carriage Hall in Plumtree and baresca in Nottingham City Centre
the role of the Sous Chef is to help run all aspects of the food operations, preparing and sending food to the set standard
we are looking for a bright, professional chef with management experience. They will need to be energetic, level headed, skilled in modern food production with excellent people skills
