- develop strong working relationships with 3rd parties to ensure the smooth running of events, including with event organisers, speakers, and suppliers
- create a briefing document for all event contributors to ensure everyone is well prepared and able to deliver at their best

- work with the Marketing Team to successfully promote the event through different channels as required
- provide a monthly brief of social media marketing requirements to ensure messaging can be effectively scheduled for the promotion of events
