- we are looking for hard-working, enthusiastic, and dedicated team members to join our team
- prepare drinks according to recipes
- we are looking for a bartender to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at our Bar/Restaurant
- stock ingredients needed for drinks
- deliver Excellent Customer Service, at all times
- you will make drinks to be served at tables or in the bar area
- mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- have proof of right to work in the UK
- have a fixed place of residence and live within a reasonable travelling distance of the site
- hospitality: 1 year
- bartending: 1 year

- be able to work unsupervised in a busy environment
- basic food preparation
- washing up, cleaning and clearing all kitchen areas
- emptying bins, sweeping and mopping floors
- ensuring all equipment is clean and put away correctly
- abide by all safety measures and regulations in place
- clean the kitchen
- use proper hygiene techniques
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- provide excellent customer service to bar and restaurant guests
- take and serve drink orders accurately and efficiently
- prepare and serve food items as needed
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- previous experience in bartending or working in a restaurant/bar setting preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed
