- you should have experience in the hospitality trade and preferably managing small teams in a pub/restaurant environment

- to manage bookings on OpenTable and assist with Table Turns where necessary

- your roles and responsibilities include managing a team of bartenders, hosts, servers and kitchen staff
- to be comfortable and confident in dealing with guest complaints

- to assist with weekly orders/stock counts

- to attend management meetings and to attend any department meetings organized by the Restaurant Manager
- report any complaints, accidents, and or incidents in the end of night reporting or accident report books
- must fully understand and be able to explain to other member of the floor team our fire evacuation procedure
- attend all training’s organized by the Restaurant Manager, and record staff attendance
- to make sure that the induction plans that are organized by the Restaurant Manager are adhered to and all training sessions are covered
Requirements
- experience of a similar position is desirable but not essential
- experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading and delivering is essential
- solid management experience
