• updating budget tracker sheet - update planned with actual and keep records to inform of future activities
• carry out general administration duties updating litter surveys, winter service treatments sheets, filling and archiving, fleet and plant records
• support the team with producing work packs and uploading to our internal apps

• produce requisitions, raising orders with subcontractors and suppliers
• arrange and attend team meetings/conferences as required, to take minutes, and ensure appropriate facilities are organised

• support BBK R&D tax credit initiative
• report monthly progress on MYC and R&D tax credits ensuring all projects and office locations are implementing these initiatives

• knowledge and understanding of engineering best practice in either a mechanical or electrical discipline
