- scheduling sub contractors in line with client project timescales and our production schedule
- managing the installation schedule, coordinating deliveries and tradespersons
- communicating between, customers, colleagues, fitters and other tradespersons to ensure a smooth installation
- visiting site to carry out surveys/take measurements/collect information
- relay information informatively
- check stock for customer specific materials
- undertake customer deliveries with the team
- ensure the best possible level of customer service
