  • scheduling sub contractors in line with client project timescales and our production schedule
  • managing the installation schedule, coordinating deliveries and tradespersons
  • communicating between, customers, colleagues, fitters and other tradespersons to ensure a smooth installation
  • visiting site to carry out surveys/take measurements/collect information
  • relay information informatively
  • check stock for customer specific materials
  • undertake customer deliveries with the team
  • ensure the best possible level of customer service
