Responsibility
- being up to date with the daily screening and events schedule; including shows, private events and audience capacities
- leading and motivating the team before, during and after service to ensure the seamless running of our events
- communicating and liaising with the Management team ahead of each event to discuss and plan staff allocations/rota’s/absences/gaps ensuring the right people are placed at the right stations throughout the duration of the event
- flagging any concerns or issues to Management, including low stock, customer complaints and employee performance feedback
- leading and facilitating the preparation and maintenance of the venue ahead of each service window, including but not limited too; setting up stations, ensuring sufficient stock is on site at all times, maintaining the venues cleaning standards to ensure all areas are tidy, presentable and hazard free at all times
- identifying and flagging team training needs and undertaking/delivering any training as requested by Management
- acting as the first point of contact for handling any complaints from our audience, escalating them to Senior Managers when they can’t be immediately resolved
- leading by example when it comes to service standards to ensure you and your team deliver an unforgettable experience to our audience time and time again
