this demanding role is based at our central Norwich Wheel refurbishment centre
on the job training will be given by the current owner and his staff
salary will depend on experience
the candidate should be able to demonstrate the skills and experience necessary to organise and manage a small team of experienced employees also dealing with customer enquiries face to face and via telephone
A body shop or wheel refurbishment background would be advantageous as some work will involve hands on work around the workshop including matching colours and looking after plant and machinery and problem solving
