Responsibility

  • manage CAD technician and appointed architects for the efficient design of modular buildings
  • communicate with client throughout the design and revision process, overseeing Design management on all projects from conception to completion
  • train and develop the team, as the company continues to grow
  • coordinate outsourced designers and engineers
  • continually improve design processes and procedures
  • produce and maintain standard details & specifications
  • maintain and design processes in line with Company QA systems
  • be involved with project specific design issues, proposing practicable and buildable solutions
